Privacy Policy
We collect only what you type into our form, and we use it for one thing: to look at your property and get back to you about buying it. We do not sell your information. We do not run ads on it. There is no tracking on this site.

What information do you collect?
Only what you give us. The form asks for this, and nothing else:

Along with your answers, the form records which page you were on when you filled it out, where you came from (for example a search engine or a link someone sent you), and the date and time. That tells us which parts of this site are actually helping people. It does not identify you beyond what you already typed.
Do you track me around the internet?
No. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and loads no fonts, scripts, or images from other companies. When you open a page here, your browser talks to our site and nowhere else. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button to submit the form.
Who else sees what I submit?
Two companies handle your submission on its way to us, and that is the whole list:
- FormSubmit — takes the form submission and turns it into an email. They pass it along; the service exists to deliver form data.
- Google (Gmail) — the email lands in our Gmail inbox, so it sits on Google's servers the same way any email you send us would.
Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information. We do not pass it to other investors, lenders, contractors, or lead-buying services. If we are ever legally required to hand something over, we will.
How long do you keep it?
Only as long as we need it to follow up with you about your property. We are not building a mailing list and we have no interest in holding onto information we are not using. Whenever you ask us to delete it, we delete it — see below.
How do I get my information deleted?
Email jjppaschool@gmail.com or call (469) 333-1759 and ask. Tell us the address you submitted so we can find it. We will delete it and confirm to you that it is gone. You do not have to give a reason.
You can also just ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop. One request is enough — you should not have to ask twice.
Do you collect information from children?
No. This site is for homeowners who want to sell a house. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
What if this policy changes?
We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is a significant one, we will say what changed rather than quietly editing it.
